1 tbsp Sambucol Anti-Viral syrup
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen mangoes or pineapple
1 cup of water
Mix in a blender and enjoy!

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp ground flaxseed
4 tbsp rolled oats
1 1/2 cups of almond milk/buttermilk or yogurt
few tbsps of water if needed and fresh mint leaves for garnish

1.5 oz of good quality vodka

Shake with ice to chill, strain and top with 2 oz of Prosecco, Ginger Ale, or Club Soda
